Brake Caliper Bolt Help !?

ok, so i went to take out the bolts to get to the caliper, and they're rusted in there ... ive tried WD40... ive tried heat with a handheld propane torch ... and im pretty sure the top allen wrench bolt (where you insert the allen wrench to get out the bolt) is stripped from trying to get it out too many times.... my question is, how else can i get these bolts out, id like it to be cheap and effective, and yes i know about welding a nut to the bolt ... but i dont have a welder .... sooo, is there any other way to get them out ?? cheap and effective please thank you
