How do i log off tweetcaster?

I was using this girl phone to check my twitter and i thought she logged off but she didnt and now she is playing games on twitter posting dumb tweets in my name. What should i do so she cant see my mentions, dm's and stuff? I already tried changing my pword but she still logged in. HELP ASAP!
