Is speaking in Tongues (glossolalia) a natural or a supernatural phenomenon....?

In Acts 2, tongues is defined as a known dialect, earthly, not spiritual. In fact, all miracles were physical, never spiritual. Every time that God interacted with man it was through the physical. But miracles were for the purpose of recognizing the man as one from God. Once the Bible was complete, miracles were finished.
