Clicking sound in my head?

When I was 11 I noticed that when I walked, sometimes i could hear this clicking sound and I think I might have also felt something moving in my head too but it could just be my imagination... it sounds like it's right behind my forehead and right above my nose. Also, if it's quiet enough, every time I turn my head to the left I hear these weird squishy/clicky noises in my head o_o... it sounds like it's right in the center of my head, do you think its like bones and stuff slicing through brain tissue and like killing me over time or something lol i'm really getting worried about this... it's only when I turn my head to the left... to the right I'm, fine
