I need Halloween costume designs...?

Yes, I'm aware that it's March. But I want to make my costume and it will take me a while. I'm going to be a tooth fairy, but I need the dress design to be middle-school appropriate. (no plunging necklines, no backless dresses, no mini dresses) I do NOT want a store-bought costume. I also don't want any long dresses, maybe something that hits at the mid-calf? Not too high and not too low. Also, if possible, the skirt should be a little puffy, almost like a tutu. (The colors don't matter since I will be making it on my own, all I need is the design) If anyone can just give me a link to a design that basically matches my description, that would be great.
