Red hair dye question...... plss help?

i have a black hair just like all filipinos. i want to dye my hair red without bleaching it. i want to achieve a black red hair with a bright red sheen and a little obvious red on my hair but still a little bit black. what method should i do?? plss help me.... i want also a little red highlights on it
