I need a mechanics help. My car's transmission mount broke, I took it to the dealer to be told:?

They would not fix it under warrenty because i rubbed up against a car but in 2007, but nothing started acting weird with my car till a year and half ago. Could rubbing up aginst another car, not hard, but enough to bend my fender by my penger wheel, cause my sub-frame to bend enough to hit my transmissions, and hurt my cradle for my radiator? I have a suzuki reno. And just need some advice that isnt from suzuki. Because they are saying to get it fixed it will have to go to body shop and cost thousands. My car is only 3years old. Any help would be great. thank you!!!
