Some help from Arabian owners?

I own a 14hh little gelding who I recently started gaming. He has a headstall and collar, but they are old and were only used for trail riding until now. Also they are a tad big, and the headstall has failed me before. (The screw holding the bit broke, causing the bit to go flying out of my horse's mouth and hit him in the head. Obviously, with no bit now, I had no way of pulling him back and was bucked off by a severely frightened horse.) Does anyone know where I can get good, dependable show tack for a smaller horse? I am open to most types of tack, so if its glittery or has a lot of silver, that's okay as long as it isn't some outrageous price. Oh, and preferably browband style, I have always had distaste for the ear loops. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
